Service Advisor - £27,000 – Family-Run – Huddersfield  Our client, a family-run dealership in Huddersfield, is looking for a Service Advisor to join their dynamic and busy Aftersales team. The Service Advisor role comes with a competitive salary of £27,000. Benefits: Basic salary of £27,000 with an OTE of £32,000 - £33,000. Working hours are 8am - 6pm - this is on a rota'd basis 24 days holiday + birthday off = 25 days holiday in total Key Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required for their vehicles in a professional manner. As a Service Advisor, you will advise on timescales and collection arrangements. As a Service Advisor, maintain excellent customer service and communication throughout the service process. As a Service Advisor, ensure all vehicle records and paperwork are completed accurately and promptly.Minimum Service Advisor Requirements: Experience in a similar role, such as Service Admin, Service Advisor, or similar positions. An ability to sell additional products and services to customers. Strong organizational and multitasking skills suitable for a Service Advisor.
