Your role will involve delivering a seamless customer journey while ensuring workshop efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include: Welcoming customers and understanding their service needs Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing daily schedules Providing expert advice on service plans, repairs, and maintenance Liaising between customers and technicians, keeping both updated on progress Preparing invoices, processing payments, and handling any queries Offering additional services and upsell opportunities where appropriate Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service Who We're Looking For: Previous Experience: Experience in a Service Advisor role within a main dealership or independent garage Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service Organised & Efficient: Ability to multitask, manage bookings, and work well under pressure Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs (training provided) IT Skills: Competence with dealership management systems and invoicing software Team Player: Works well with colleagues and maintains a positive, professional approach Ready to Take the Next Step?
