The Role: Silcom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a growing motor trade centre based in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have prior experience within the motor trade, specifically in a Service Advisor role and eager to grow within their team. Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor: Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs. Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar. Liaise between customers and the service team to communicate repair needs and timelines. Provide detailed explanations of services, repairs, and associated costs to customers. Prepare and provide accurate service estimates and invoices. Upsell additional services or products when appropriate. Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding the status of their vehicles. Maintain records of service history and customer interactions. Handle customer complaints or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution. Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary parts. Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and updates customers as needed. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and building strong customer relationships. Package: Basic Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 + £6,000 Bonus (UNCAPPED)!! Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am - 6:00pm] & (1-in-2/3) Saturdays [half day]!
