This customer focused role requires exceptional communication skills with the ability to follow procedures and instructions in a busy working environment. With a key element of the position focused around telephone call handling, previous experience in telephone communications, as well as skills in IT literacy are essential. Key responsibilities Include: Making and receiving calls, to and from our customers whose vehicles require maintenance attention Converting these contacts into workshop bookings Appropriately up selling related products and service as applicable Good interpersonal skills are key to your success in the role, as is your ability to work from your own initiative.
