Service Advisor - Liverpool

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor for a competitive role in the Liverpool area

Some of the key tasks will be:

• Advising customers of costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
• Make customers aware of additional products and services available to them
• Seek to obtain referrals for customers' families and friends
• Initiate service documentation, job card production and update customer records and follow-up systems
• Record customer prospect details accurately and in accordance with Data Protection Acts
• Advise customers on parts enquiries and availability of parts
• Document all warranty work as per manufacturers' requirements and dealership policy
• Update customer and vehicle history files to ensure total accuracy

Working Hours:

08.00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

Salary:

Starting basic salary is up to £32,000 DOE plus an excellent and realistic bonus scheme giving an annual OTE of up to £39,000!
