Senior Vehicle Technician £35,123 basic with £46k+ OTE Sittingbourne Permanent/Full Time – 45 hour working week Our client, located in the Sittingbourne, is on the search for an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join their busy team! Duties & Responsibilities: • Providing technical and diagnostic service, ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded. • Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and ensuring compliance with manufacturer training. • Upholding company and manufacturer quality standards. • Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail. • Communicating with the Service Reception and Workshop Control teams. • Delivering good customer service, that leads to customer loyalty and referrals. Your Background & Skill: • Experience in inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles. • MOT Testing qualification is very advantageous. • Excellent communication skills. • Experience working in a dealership is preferred but not essential. • Full UK Driving Licence.
