Qualifications / Skills required Understanding / experience of Agile Project Management and use of Agile techniques Excellent communication and servant leadership skills Above average IT skills and understanding of digital products Experience in a scrum master / project manager / PMO analyst role Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement), et al.
