Department/Business/Location: Sales Reports to: Sales Manager Direct Reports: N/A KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Create internal WIP and liaise with technical staff for completion of preparation for sale/delivery * Update the internal communication system and obtain authorisation for additional work. * Maintain regular contact with internal customers to ensure good working relationships. * Ensure all brand standards are always adhered to and maintained. * Work with colleagues and other teams across the business to deliver high levels of customer service. * Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles. * Manage the preparation of vehicles. * Manage the logistics of vehicle movements and deliveries
