Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Manager: Providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. Overseeing inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of vehicles, and optimising inventory turnover. Providing training and development opportunities for sales staff to enhance their skills and performance. Ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are maintained throughout the sales process, from initial contact to after-sales support. Motor trade experience essential! Package: Basic Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 [Depending on experience]. Company car + £20,000 Additional bonus + OTE UNCAPPED!!! Monday to Saturday hours [With a day off in the week] + NO SUNDAYS!!!
