The Opportunity: * Lead and inspire our Business Manager team to deliver unparalleled customer service throughout the Finance & Insurance (F&I) process. * Cultivate a positive and high-performing team culture focused on exceeding group F&I targets. * Serve as the in-house finance expert, guiding customers to the ideal funding solutions. * Effectively manage a pipeline of finance leads, collaborating closely with sales and specialist teams. * Forge and maintain strong relationships with our network of lenders, staying ahead of policy updates and system changes. * Provide expert guidance on finance products and proactively identify opportunities to boost revenue. * Be the central point of contact for all motor finance inquiries, driving overall F&I performance. * Convert a high volume of both inbound and outbound enquiries into successful appointments and sales. * Drive team performance while ensuring unwavering adherence to all relevant regulations, including the FCA conduct framework. * Mentor, coach, and develop team members through regular one-on-ones and constructive performance reviews. * Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations. What We're Looking For: * Proven experience as a Sales Manager, with a strong emphasis on maximizing F&I revenue. * A demonstrable track record of driving sales success and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. * Exceptional skills in overcoming objections and applying effective solution-based selling techniques. * Outstanding leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Confidence and proficiency in addressing performance-related challenges. * FCA accreditation (or a strong commitment to obtaining it). * A proactive, professional, and unwavering customer-focused approach.
