This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving both performance and customer satisfaction. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience. Working closely with senior management, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the used car department, ensuring strong profitability, effective stock management and excellent conversion rates across all sales channels.
