The Sales Manager Opportunity:

We are currently expanding our business and are now offering an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Sales Manager in Hatfield.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Leading the Sales team by personally demonstrating and encouraging the needed skills and behaviours
+ Ensuring the Sales team are focused on delivering Complete Customer Satisfaction
+ Monitoring individual and team performance against agreed sales targets
+ Managing the Sales Administration team to ensure that key processes and documentation are delivered
+ Monitoring staff training needs, ensuring training and development plans are in place
+ Assess potential recruits for the Sales team
+ Working with Sales Executives to approve all part exchanges and purchases of used cars
+ Deciding the dealership’s display layout and vehicle mix for new/used cars
+ Acting as a full member of the dealership’s management team to take the business forward

About you:

+ Enjoy constantly meeting new people and building rapport and connections
+ Have strong communication skills and enjoy presenting ideas to others
+ Have Automotive Sales management experience and wish to build on this
+ Have excellent customer service and sales experience
+ Passionate about the automotive industry
