Key Responsibilities * Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. * Drive vehicle sales, finance penetration, and profitability across the department. * Monitor and manage individual and team performance against agreed targets. * Recruit, coach, and support sales executives to achieve their full potential. * Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention levels. * Manage stock levels and vehicle displays to maximise sales opportunities. * Oversee sales processes and ensure compliance with company and FCA guidelines. * Produce accurate sales forecasts and departmental reports. * Work closely with senior management to implement business strategies and objectives. Requirements * Previous experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Proven track record of delivering sales results and driving profitability. * Excellent communication and coaching abilities. * Commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach. * Ability to perform in a target-driven environment. * Full UK Driving Licence.
