Salary £25,000pa basic, OTE - £50,000 first year, Quarterly guaranteed bonus. * Providing an exceptional customer experience through all stages of the sales process. * Giving customers a warm welcome to the showroom and answering queries. * Managing and developing all sales enquiries via telephone (no cold calling). * Maximising sales and profitability. * Promoting additional products. * Reporting sales figures to management. * Assisting management in maintaining and developing showroom policies and procedures. Shift: 5 days working per week (flexibility on which days) Four days of the week 9:30am-6:30pm
