Overview: Redwood Search is seeking an experienced and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our client. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for cars and sales to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities: • Build rapport with customers through effective communication via email, telephone, and in-person interactions • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable new and used vehicles • Arrange and accompany customers on test drives • Negotiate final prices and handle customer queries professionally • Complete the necessary paperwork for each sale • Ensure adherence to manufacturer standards and maintain high customer satisfaction levels • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Qualifications and Experience: • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in car sales (new and used vehicles) • Familiarity with working to manufacturer standards and targets • Experience in Motability and F&I is preferred but not essential • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated and target-driven • Full UK driving licence is required Work Schedule: • Monday to Friday: 8:45 am - 6:00 pm (with one day off every other week) • Saturday: 8:45 am - 5:30 pm • Sundays: Ad-hoc for shows and special events Benefits: • Competitive salary plus commission • Company car provided • Company pension scheme • Employee benefits and discount schemes • Opportunities for growth and progression
