The Role – Sales Executive: As Sales Executive, you're not just selling cars, you’re turning every customer Interaction into a memorable experience. Hit the accelerator on your career by achieving and surpassing sales targets. Responsibilities – Sales Executive: Provide product information and guide customers through the sales process in a transparent and jargon free way. Follow the Holden Group sales process to a consistent standard to ensure maximum profitability and customer satisfaction. Genuinely seek to understand customers’ needs through listening and questioning. Identify the right solution to meet those needs. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Be aware of all manufacturer programs and requirements and what your role must contribute to meet the required standards. Continually refresh your knowledge of current offers, products and services and competitor activities. Respond to all customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Manage and update the customer database and diary system daily with accurate information. Proactively seek new leads/opportunities through effective prospecting activities. Make proactive use of all technology available including CitNow videos, live chat, websites, CRM etc. Attend events and promotional activities as and when required. Be aware of and follow Group policies on customer deposits and payments at all times. Ensure all administration processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner to streamline the customer journey through all department touch points. Person Specification – Sales Executive: Driven to achieve and surpass goals, continuously improving productivity and quality standards. Patient listener, adept at identifying customer needs and offering composed solutions. Actively communicates ideas and updates stakeholders effectively. Possess exceptional customer service skills, fostering satisfaction and retention through personal accountability. Proficient in digital tools/platforms, including video technology and CRM systems. Valid clean driving licence.
