Position Overview: As a Sales Executive with motor trade experience, you will be an integral part of the sales team, responsible for driving sales and providing an outstanding customer experience. Your knowledge of the industry will allow you to effectively engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process, ultimately leading to successful transactions. Key Responsibilities: * Utilise your motor trade expertise to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, demonstrating excellent communication and rapport-building skills. * Leverage your knowledge of vehicles, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively advise customers on suitable options. * Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting features and benefits to potential buyers. * Utilise your negotiation skills to successfully close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business. * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry advancements, and emerging trends within the motor trade industry. * Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation using the CRM system. Qualifications and Skills: * Proven experience in sales within the motor trade industry is essential. * A strong passion for the motor trade industry and a deep understanding of its dynamics and trends. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with customers effectively. * Strong negotiation and closing skills to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Self-motivated and driven, with a track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. * Valid driver's license.
