Role : Sales Director – Automotive Location: Greater London and Berkshire Package : Up to £100k basic plus Bonus. Our client is an award-winning dealer group representing some of the best OEM’s in the sector. We are currently looking for an engaging, talented, and highly motivated Sales Director to run a portfolio of dealerships across multiple locations. This role demands clear leadership, to lead the division and drive sales performance through inspiration and motivation. For this role you must have the following: - * More than 5 years of management experience at a senior level in the automotive industry with demonstrable experience of leadership and management * A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation and trade practices. * Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results. * Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
