The Opportunity: As our Sales Controller, you'll be the driving force behind our sales performance in Wolverhampton. You'll lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team in a high-traffic, dynamic environment. This role offers the perfect blend of leadership, sales strategy, and hands-on involvement, allowing you to directly impact our success. What We're Looking For: * Proven track record as a Sales Controller or similar role in a high-volume used car environment. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * Exceptional sales acumen and a deep understanding of the used car market. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * A professional and presentable demeanour. * Experience in a car supermarket or high-volume used car environment is highly desirable. * FCA accreditation or the willingness to achieve. Duties: * Responsible for maintaining the overall performance of the site * Carrying out some general manager responsibilities during absences from site * Management of the sales team and their performance * Supporting the sales team with regards to sold units and value-added products * Identifying opportunities to support sales team in closing the deal * Auditing deal presenter and subsequent opportunities * Audit financial documents to ensure compliance * Hitting and exceeding your monthly sales targets What We Offer: * Competitive basic salary of £30,000. * Uncapped earning potential with OTE up to £60,000. * 28 days of paid holiday. * Comprehensive training and development opportunities. * A dynamic and supportive work environment. * The opportunity to grow within a fast growing company.
