We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. Duties include dealing with sales received via our website, eBay, telephone and sales counter. Preparation and packing of goods for dispatch with our delivery partners. You will need to be friendly, polite and patient, with the ability to engage with our customers both face to face and using email. Our goal is to provide high quality customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. * Ascertain customers' needs and wants. * Respond quickly to our customer's queries. * Liaise with colleagues to ensure speedy production and dispatch of orders. * Prepare invoices and take payments. * Arrange delivery and collection of our customer's items. * Keep up to date with product information. * Accurately describe product features and benefits. * Follow all companies’ policies and procedures. Requirements * Proven experience working in sales. * Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. * Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. * Solid communication and interpersonal skills * Customer service focus * Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality * Basic administration skills
