Key Responsibilities: In this exciting and varied role, you will be responsible for: * Achieving Set KPIs: Work diligently to meet and exceed key performance indicators. * Driving and Managing Sales: Contribute to our sales success through your efforts. * Generating New Revenue: Bring fresh ideas to the table to boost our revenue streams. * Payment Handling: Ensure seamless and accurate payment processing. * Facilitating Viewings: Assist customers with viewing motorcycles and provide information. * Exhibiting Excellent Customer Service: Deliver top-notch service to our valued clients. * Strong Communication: Effectively communicate, both in writing and verbally. * Contributing to Audits: Play a role in our auditing processes. * Ad Check: Ensure advertisements are accurate and appealing. * Workload Management: Effectively manage your tasks and responsibilities. * Supporting Audits: Assist with audit-related tasks. * Managing Sales Listings: Oversee listings on multiple platforms. * Supporting Interdepartmental Teams: Collaborate with colleagues in various departments. * Resolving Client Queries: Address client questions and concerns promptly. * General Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks efficiently. * Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage phone inquiries with professionalism. * Exceeding Revenue Targets: Work towards and surpass revenue targets. * Supporting Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure the smooth running of our department. Skills Required: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: * IT Competence: Proficiency with computer systems and software. * Complaints Handling & Resolution: Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively. * Stock Rationalization: Understand inventory management. * Client Management: Experience in managing and serving clients. Education and Professional Qualifications: * Experience within the motorcycle industry is advantageous but not essential. * Ideally, you should have experience in varied sales environments and roles.
