Role Overview: As a Sales Administrator, you will be a key member of the Sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient processing of vehicle orders across all brands and dealerships. Responsibilities: Process vehicle orders promptly and accurately, collaborating closely with the Sales team and vehicle supply. Complete all pre-delivery administrative tasks, including vehicle registration, insurance, and road tax. Assist with sales invoicing and ensure all costs are accurately included. Keep the Sales team informed of customer order status and promptly address any issues. Maintain accurate records of pre-delivery work hours and vehicle job sheet details. Ensure stock list records are up-to-date for new, used, demonstrators, and corporate cars. Obtain proper authorization for new stock ordering from the Sales Manager. Provide accurate data input for dealership financial reporting and customer database management. Conduct banking tasks as required. Assist Sales Managers in locating vehicles. Foster positive relationships across the group. Perform any other ad hoc duties as necessary. Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to provide support to team members. Quick assimilation of information and ability to provide well-considered responses. Adaptability to change and a strong work ethic. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and planning. Research proficiency to find appropriate solutions. Essential Qualifications: Fluency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in PC, Microsoft Office, and web applications. Possession of a full, clean driving license. Desirable Qualifications: Previous experience in Sales Administration.
