New Vehicle Sales Administrator Liverpool Area Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm A growing and dynamic company in the automotive industry is seeking a New Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their Sales Administration Team at their Liverpool head office. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to contribute to a busy team supporting new vehicle sales operations. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of truck ordering and taxation for new and contract vehicles. * Invoice new trucks and oversee debt control. * Plan truck movements, including scheduling third-party fitments and pre-delivery inspections (PDI). * Monitor and control the order bank from factory order to final delivery. * Prepare month-end cost of sales reports. * Provide administrative support to the New Vehicle Sales Team. * Update and maintain relevant databases and online systems, ensuring compliance with audit procedures. * Oversee stock control using Excel. * Process truck damage claims and compile delivery packs/handover documents. * Offer administrative support to the vehicle leasing team. * Perform general office duties, including filing, reporting, and other ad hoc tasks. What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in the motor trade or transport planning is preferred, especially in office administration roles. * Distribution, planning, or transport experience is advantageous but not essential. * Strong IT skills, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * A flexible and organized approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. * Capability to work under pressure and independently. * Enthusiasm, motivation, and a commitment to developing skills. * Professional demeanor and effective communication skills with diverse audiences.
