Safety Engineer · Halewood · £19 - £25 per hour · Contract Type: 6 – 12 months A prominent company is seeking an Safety Engineer to oversee the health and safety protocols within an automotive setting in Halewood. What you will be doing: · Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential safety hazards. · Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, training sessions, and other relevant safety-related data. · Regularly inspect the premises to ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards. · Investigate on-site accidents or incidents to pinpoint root causes and implement preventative measures. · Recommend and supervise the use of appropriate safety equipment and personal protective gear. · Effectively communicate safety policies, procedures, and expectations to all staff. · Coordinate emergency response efforts during accidents, injuries, or other emergencies on site.
