To excel in this newly created position, the successful candidate will have practical or academic experience and knowledge of coating solutions.   Research and Capability Acquisition Engineer   Permanent Salary £35,000 - £45,000 per annum Monday to Friday 8am – 4:15pm Nottinghamshire   Research and Capability Acquisition Engineer Job Description To undertake research and development projects for new coating technologies and manufacturing capabilities. Engage with key stakeholders and sources to understand technology trends and breakthroughs. Implement continuous improvement and development plans and strategies. Plan and manage project schedules, estimates of required resources and costs whilst being aware of project risks and pinch points.
