As a Reliability Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in driving process improvements within the Maintenance department. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring asset reliability and uptime, implementing energy reduction initiatives, and supporting product flows throughout our business. Key Responsibilities – Reliability Engineer Develop and implement Preventative Maintenance and Reliability plans. Collaborate with area leaders to conduct reliability surveys. Oversee day-to-day operations of the team and coordinate process improvement activities. Optimize manpower and capacity planning to meet schedule demands. Lead lean improvement initiatives and drive continuous change. Key Experience & Qualifications – Reliability Engineer Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building. Excellent communication abilities across all levels. Analytical mindset to manage complex functionalities effectively. Proven ability to drive change and foster a positive work environment.
