Excel Resourcing is looking for an Operations Consultant to join our growing team in Doncaster. This role would suit someone currently working as a: * Parts Manager * Parts Advisor * Parts Controller * Workshop Controller * Service Advisor * Fleet Administrator * Automotive Operations Coordinator If you're used to managing priorities, dealing with customers, coordinating people and solving problems in a busy automotive environment, we'd like to hear from you. No recruitment experience is required. The Role As an Operations Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients and contractors across the UK. You'll coordinate bookings, communicate with engineers and technicians, manage operational updates and ensure our clients receive an outstanding level of service. This is a fast-paced role where organisation, communication and attention to detail are essential. Key Responsibilities * Manage incoming client requirements and operational bookings. * Contact and coordinate contractors and technicians for assignments. * Maintain regular communication with clients and contractors. * Monitor live bookings and ensure all parties have the information they need. * Update operational systems, trackers and records accurately. * Assist with timesheets, job records and operational documentation. * Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate where necessary. * Support the wider operations team in delivering excellent service. What We're Looking For * Experience within the automotive, HGV, PSV or LCV sector. * Previous Parts, Service, Workshop Control or Fleet experience highly desirable. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. * Good IT skills and confidence using spreadsheets and systems. * Excellent attention to detail. * Calm and professional approach when working under pressure. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
