We are delighted to be working on behalf of a family run, independent automobile centre that undertakes servicing and repairs for all makes and models of vehicles based in Melksham. They now require a Receptionist to join them on a full time and permanent basis. You will be experienced in a customer facing role and comfortable with computer duties. ROLE DESCRIPTION * Greet customers and assists customers waiting for repairs * Communicate effectively and politely with all customers, employees, and managers * Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism * Use the computer and office equipment as needed to perform a variety of tasks as instructed * Maintain a positive attitude with all customers and vendors SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * Customer service driven, enthusiastic individual with attention to detail * Self-motivated and willing to ask questions * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and follow directions * Computer literate Full time and Permanent Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9.00am–5.30pm and every other Saturday morning 08:30am–1pm This vacancy is being advertised by New Resource Group.
