Functions/Tasks of the Quality Technician will include: - Assure that all Quality activities are performed according to IATF 16949 standards, Antolin standards and customer customer requirements. - Provide support to the Nissan Assembly line (incl. Quality and Logistics functions) related to Antolin products - First point of contact for customers complaints, responsible for immeadiate containments, communication to plants and follow up through PSR’s in multifunctional teams. Monitoring of products returned from customers (warranty, assembly line). Daily reporting of customer concerns at end of shift. - Communication with suppliers in regards to internal issues or customer returns where the supplier is at fault. - Attending customer meeting. - Supporting the quality engineers with Customer quality documentation. Supporting Control Plans. Follow-up of internal rejections. supporting of internal problem solving through PSR’s in a multifunctional team. - Supporting of the new product introduction activities (IPA) and parts- and process modifications during serial production and service supply. - Communication with the Customers about all rejections, preventive and corrective actions related with customers complains. - Ensure that the Customer Operating Instructions for waste disposal are followed. Be aware of the Customer Emergency Instructions. Do not use any chemicals unless authorised by the Nissan Environmental Co-Ordinator. - Ensure the quality of parts produced at Antolin meet all customer expectations - Implement and drive quick and effective problem resolution processes when non-conformances in products and/or processes are identified internally, externally at customers incl. warranty and suppliers - Maintain the most recent interpretations of the quality system requirements and therefore ensure that documented practices meet the true interpretation of the quality management system standards. Hours of work: Rotating Shift AM/PM - Rotate Weekly (Must be able to rotate) AM: Monday-Friday: 06:45-15:18 // PM: Monday- Friday: 16:20-00:53 Occasional mandatory overtime is also required Pay rate & overtime rates: - Standard rate: £14.56 per hour - Overtime x1.5: £21.84 per hour - Overtime x2.0: £29.12 per hour Required Experience: The ideal candidate must have: - Bachelor degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Mechanical preferred.
