A well-established precision engineering business is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join its team. This role involves inspection and verification of aerospace components throughout the manufacturing process, First Article Inspection reporting, and managing non-conformances. Key Responsibilities Inspect parts at all production stages Complete FAIRs and manage non-conformances Conduct root cause analysis and support rework Approve quality-related processes Support continuous improvement and quality integration What You'll Need Engineering background with quality control experience Ability to read technical drawings AS9100 Auditing experience Strong attention to detail, Excel skills, and initiative Willingness to learn, including laser measurement programming Benefits £30-35k salary (DOE) 37-hour week (Mon-Thurs) 16 days holiday + bank holidays Pension, health cash plan & life insurance Employee assistance scheme & shopping discounts
