MANE are currently recruiting for Quality Inspectors for our Aerospace client based in Bedfordshire. Primary Duties As a Quality Inspector will will Performing final inspection or goods inwards inspection of goods by verifying parts to drawing and PO requirements. Day Shift Monday-Thursday Ensure and oversee equipment calibration and monitoring. Conduct a thorough inspection (Customer Eyes Over-check) of components before their shipment to customers. Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters consistently. Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned.Role Requirements Skills and Qualifications: Possess a keen attention to detail and strong organisation capabilities, adept at prioritising tasks in dynamic situations. Demonstrate a solid background in maintaining quality engineering standards and products. Exhibit extensive experience in component inspection using standard measuring instruments. Proficiency in inspecting documentation related to Aerospace components. Basic computer proficiency is essential. Ideally, have prior experience inspecting components with jigs and fixtures. Familiarity with CMM or FARO systems would be advantageous.Education: Successful candidates should hold GCSEs with grades ranging from A* to C, including English and Mathematics. Alternatively, a combination of relevant education and work experience that ensures the effective performance of job responsibilities will also be considered.
