About the Role: As the Quality Engineer – Special Process, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance across special process activities, including regular audits, NADCAP preparation, and supporting production teams with your technical expertise. You’ll be responsible for: * Maintaining NADCAP and other client heat treatment/testing approvals * Conducting internal audits and leading improvement actions * Overseeing CI (Continuous Improvement) initiatives * Preparing for and hosting NADCAP and customer audits * Collaborating with suppliers on calibration, maintenance, and testing * Acting up for the Quality Manager as needed About You: We’re looking for someone with solid aerospace or automotive quality engineering experience and a working knowledge of special processes. The ideal candidate will be confident in audit environments and passionate about compliance and continuous improvement.
