Job Title: Quality Engineer Salary: Up to £42,000 Location: Tewkesbury, UK (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Overview This position plays a critical role in ensuring quality standards across new and existing products. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating APQP and PPAP implementation, supporting new product introduction, and working cross-functionally to drive quality performance across the production lifecycle. Key Responsibilities * Support integration of APQP processes into product development and production systems. * Coordinate PPAP documentation and submission processes. * Investigate non-conformances and implement effective corrective actions. * Contribute to risk analysis, including PFMEA and control plans. * Participate in customer meetings and regulatory audits. * Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier quality teams. Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ experience with APQP and PPAP. * Working knowledge of AS9100 quality systems. * Proficiency in PFMEA, process control, and MSA. * Background in supporting new product introduction (NPI).
