Our client are looking to make improvements and rebuild the Quality Assurance Team rapidly. As a result of recent restructuring, they expanding their team from 3 to 6 Quality Engineers. They are seeking a proactive and experienced Automotive Quality Assurance Engineer to play a key role in this transformation. Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing customer relations and resolving quality concerns by implementing effective quality control measures. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact quickly, joining them at a pivotal time in their business growth. Key Responsibilities: * Quickly address and resolve quality concerns to improve customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes and procedures. * Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues. * Lead customer-facing interactions regarding quality concerns and provide timely and effective solutions. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and reliability. Requirements: * Proven experience as an Automotive Quality Engineer, with a strong track record of customer-facing roles and problem-solving. * Solid understanding of automotive quality standards and methodologies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions. * Automotive industry experience is essential.
