Customer Complaint Resolution: Take charge of complaint resolution, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills. Audit Excellence: Conduct internal audits to industry standards, support external audits, and implement corrective actions. Workshop Support: Lead Material Review Board (MRB) activity, interpret drawings/standards, and contribute to the maintenance of documentation. Supplier Quality: Play a key role in supplier audit and surveillance, ensuring supplier communication and supporting the selection process. New Product Introduction (NPI): Drive quality aspects of NPI, utilizing tools like PPAP, FMEA, and APQP. Process Improvement: Analyse data, support improvement activities, and apply tools such as Lean Six Sigma. Quality Management System (QMS): Support the management and update of the company's QMS. Training: Provide training to colleagues and customers as needed. Business Systems: Support the implementation and development of company systems.
