Due to continues success they have an immediate position vacant for an experienced Quality Engineer to join their team based in Castle Donington. We are ideally seeking an experienced Quality professional with knowledge of compliance for the UK Part 145 and AS9120 Globally although application will be considered from other highly regulated industries from candidates who offer a sound knowledge of root cause investigation and have good Auditing knowledge and experience. As the new Quality Engineer, you will be completing the following tasks: MRO (Part 145): * Perform internal and external audits to UK CAA and EASA Part 145 regulations, product audits and contractors/sub-contractors. * Amendment to the MOE and associated procedures when required and Cap list. * Assist with customer complaints. * Administrate occurrence reporting process. * Perform training in new procedures and processes if required. AS9120: * Assist Quality Systems Engineer with administration and help drive effective closure of complaints, both internal and external in the business. * Internal and external audits of suppliers/subcontractor/supplier management. * Completing customer questionnaires. We seek a team member that can identify with the below: * At least 3 years’ experience in Quality Engineering or similar role. * Good literacy and communication skills. * Advanced experience in the use of Microsoft office. * Internal auditor qualification. * Skilled in RCCA processes and hold a RCCA certificate. * Proficient in CAA and EASA Part 145 regulations. * Knowledge of the MOE, Cap list and ASA. * Awareness of standards used in aerospace EN4179 and ISO17025 * Understanding of AD’s, SB and SILs * You are enthusiastic and a team player who can work on their own initiative and self-driven to achieve objectives. * Willing to travel if necessary.
