From technical contract reviews to process audits and supplier performance, you’ll play a key part in delivering excellence every step of the way. What You’ll Be Doing: * Take the lead in translating customer and sector quality requirements into robust methods of manufacture. * Support and deliver internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with industry standards like AS9100 and NADCAP. * Coach and develop operators and teams to embed a true quality-first mindset. * Partner with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to spot opportunities for improvement — and make them happen. * Build and maintain high standards across supplier and subcontractor quality performance. * Support special processes like NDT, chemical processing, heat treatment, and forging. * Be an advocate for continuous improvement, quality training, and best practices throughout the business. What You’ll Bring: * Solid experience in Quality Assurance within aerospace or a similar high-spec manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of aerospace quality management systems, ideally AS9100 and NADCAP special processes. * Hands-on experience in technical contract review, internal/external audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action. * A proactive mindset — you don’t just find problems, you solve them and help others do the same. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
