Key Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of AS9100 and NADCAP Quality Management Systems. Develop, document, and maintain quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and client requirements. Conduct regular internal audits to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement, and drive corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are understood and met throughout the product lifecycle. Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance standards and practices. Interface with customers, regulatory authorities, and third-party auditors to demonstrate compliance and address any quality concerns. Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics to senior management. Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in Quality Assurance within the aerospace manufacturing industry. In-depth knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP standards and requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Proficiency in quality management software and tools. Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or other quality methodologies is a plus.
