Within your new role as a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for: Communicating with team members/ customers on email or telephone when required Processing invoices Bank reconciliation Processing company expenses Daily and monthly BACS payment runs Investigating debt balances Recording account transactions on internal systems in a timely and accurate manner Pulling data from spreadsheets on Excel Monthly re-charges General Administrative duties Ad hoc duties as required by the team.Skills/experience required for this position: Experience of administration and systems (finance administration is desirable but not essential) Confident with Excel with a high attention to detail Previous experience within Purchase Ledger or an Accounts role Hands on approach with eagerness to learnNext steps: If this sounds like the perfect role for you then please apply today.
