Project Planning / Scheduling Engineer – 39596 Rate: £31.25/hr Umbrella – inside IR35 Division: Product Engineering Contract Position based in Gaydon, Warwickshire Key Responsibilities Using data analytics, understand the latest status of the production release (P-Release) and pinpoint areas of concern for further investigation Coordinate daily reviews with members of the programme and units to establish improvement activity to reduce lead times Work with Procurement teams and Engineers to get improved delivery plans from suppliers Identify alternative procurement routes / part pedigree where necessary Managing communications with stakeholders via the daily report out Ensure the issue management system is being updated, prioritised and escalated where appropriate Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested Supporting the team in removing impediments Enabling team to deliver business objectives Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience Experience of Programme delivery with milestone and gateways Automotive experience Metric Development Automotive or relevant supply chain experience Your CV will be forwarded to Jonathan Lee Recruitment, a leading engineering and manufacturing recruitment consultancy established in 1978.
