This role is ideal for someone with logistics, warehouse, or process improvement experience who enjoys managing projects from start to completion and working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. About the Role As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for planning and delivering logistics projects as well as managing day-to-day operational improvements. Your focus will be on optimising warehouse layouts, improving process times, reducing costs, and maximising logistical resources. You will also be responsible for analysing operational data (MTM data) and providing reports to management, ensuring projects are well-planned, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute logistics and warehouse optimisation projects from start to finish. Identify inefficiencies and optimise processes to improve cost savings and productivity. Work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Analyse process times, workflows, and resource allocation using MTM data. Maintain and update warehouse layout documentation to reflect operational changes. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety and compliance measures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean and process efficiency techniques. Provide clear, data-driven reports to management on project performance. Support the team with ad-hoc analytical work to identify further improvement opportunities. What We’re Looking For Candidates must have: Experience in logistics project planning, warehouse optimisation, or process improvement. Strong knowledge of warehouse layouts, space utilisation, and workflow efficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and reporting. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop and implement efficiency improvements. Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Desirable qualifications and experience: Familiarity with MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) and Lean methodologies. Experience in warehouse racking inspections and compliance. Training or experience in continuous improvement techniques (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.). Project planning experience within a manufacturing or logistics setting. Why Apply?
