Belcan's Aerospace Division is currently going through a period of significant growth, we are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to support Belcan's Repair Engineering Department based in Filton, Bristol. The successful Project Manager will be involved in the bidding, planning, Cost Control and execution of various work packages. As an experienced Project Manager, they will lead all aspects of project delivery to budget, cost, and quality, and will control monitoring and reporting of all project KPIs both internally and externally. They would also be responsible for liaising with a multi-disciplined engineering team, to ensure successful delivery of all projects. Management of multiple packages and/or multiple customers can be expected. Our current team is built upon our 16+ years of Aircraft Repair Engineering heritage, designing, analysing, approving and delivering minor and major primary and secondary structural repairs. Examples for these repairs could include, lightning strikes, un-contained rotor failure damage and repair embodiment programmes covering entire fleets for large commercial and military aircraft (fixed wing and rotors), on a variety of different projects. The successful candidate will have proven experience working as an Engineering Project Manager within a complex stakeholder environment, where they have set up project frameworks, defined detailed project Work Breakdown Structures and ensure alignment with project requirements and costs controlled. They must also have experience of multiple concurrent projects with rapid delivery.
