The role will involve day to day management of a team of 8 and being responsible for overseeing the on-time delivery of customer NPDI projects.   Project Manager   Permanent Salary dependent on experience Monday – Friday (39 hours/week)   Alcester   Project Manager Job Description Overseeing NPDI project management, focusing on recovery and delivering customer orders within budget and specifications. Managing and prioritizing internal resources, ensuring quality-focused, right-first-time outcomes and effective lesson sharing. Leading a team of 8, including 3 project leads, to achieve 100% on-time delivery and strong NPDI project execution. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, managing resources and ensuring raw material availability. Joining customer calls and manage internal stakeholders to meet committed timescales, emphasizing right-first-time outcomes.  Project Manager Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Strong resource management experience. Good knowledge of manufacturing techniques and materials including pressing, 5 axis laser welding, and sheet metal.
