Mechanical Project Engineer – Bespoke Machinery Design - Thatcham - £40-50,000 An exciting opportunity has opened for a Mechanical Project Engineer to join a forward-thinking and rapidly evolving engineering solutions provider. This role involves working on bespoke machinery and custom automation systems across a variety of industries. The Mechanical Project Engineer role will include- · Designing custom machinery using SolidWorks or Inventor · Contributing to automation ideas, research, and project development · Supporting both the technical design and admin / project management side of projects · Working closely with clients, suppliers, and the internal team What we’re looking for in a Mechanical Project Engineer: · Experience as a mechanical design engineer / mechanical project engineer, ideally with bespoke machinery design · Solid skills in SolidWorks or Inventor · BOMs · Organised, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects The successful Mechanical Project Engineer will have the chance to work on innovative, hands-on projects in a company where no two days are the same.
