The key focus of the role is to manage change and improvement projects across the business for a number of value streams and customers. Reporting to the Operations Director, as Programme Manager, key responsibilities will be to: - Lead projects through the project life cycle, typically managing six projects a year for two main customers. Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of projects. Partner with engineering, quality and supply chain to optimise right first time. Provide a tight control on costs, staying within budget and driving cost optimisation. Communicating progress to the business. Ensure all contractual obligations are clearly understood and executed.The successful Candidate will - Have project management experience gained within a manufacturing environment. Have good commercial awareness and be confident interacting with customers. Have the ability to influence manufacturing operations activities. Effectively manage change and transition.
