This company has experienced considerable growth in the last year and they are an automotive company whose mission is to develop the worlds' first zero-emissions double deck hydrogen bus to ensure a better future for the next generation and they are looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage and facilitate New Program Introduction, from concept to commercialisation, supporting the strategic goals of the company. Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of the program process * Report to and assist the Program Director * Partner with the Cross functional Management teams to ensure objectives are achieved * Produce detailed weekly metric reports for the Senior Leadership team * Ensure customer specifications are managed in line with budget expectations Experience Required: * HND or equivalent in Engineering (or Business). or Level 4 Diploma in Manufacturing / engineering / Business * Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years working experience as a program manager * Demonstrable experience in Business Plan development * Proven experience in resource planning * Quantifiable experience in budget preparation and control * Experience working in a manufacturing environment * Proficiency in preparing timelines, managing, and reporting on projects utilising MS Project / Excel Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy * 1 years’ experience in presenting and communicating detailed verbal and written information to audiences of varied backgrounds * Strong Commercial awareness * 3 years’ experience of end-to-end project management Nice to have: * Degree in an engineering /business discipline * Chartered status * Recognised management qualification * Experience managing grant funded projects * Experience managing global projects * Experience in Business planning, and problem solving * Experience implementing organisational change and process improvements
