This high-profile role is critical in launching and managing Field Service Actions across Europe. Key Responsibilities: * Develop cost-effective dealer repair strategies for vehicle concerns. * Create and manage Dealer Bulletins, Service Instructions, and Customer Letters. * Set up affected vehicle populations in PTS, GRID, and GCAMP systems. * Collaborate closely with the Office of General Counsel and translation agencies. * Liaise with Market Surveillance Authorities and regulatory bodies across Europe. * Coordinate with National Sales Companies, Global Offices, and Supply Chain Management. * Work with Public Affairs, Customer Experience Teams, and Customer Contact Centres. * Participate in the Government Enquiry Review Committee and Critical Concern Review Group. * Provide recall status updates and present to senior management teams. * Manage customer letter distribution through mailing agencies. * Ensure compliance with audit requirements and maintain accurate departmental records. Skills & Experience Required: * Proven experience coordinating recalls or service programs. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Excellent analytical and multitasking abilities. * Ability to manage multiple programs under pressure and tight deadlines.
