We're supporting a leading aerospace manufacturer in their search for an experienced Production Scheduler to join their team in Fareham. Role: Production Scheduler Duration: 9 months Pay: £22 - 27.50 p/hr (Inside IR35) Location: Titchfield, Fareham (Fully onsite)This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of high‑priority components through a complex manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Tracking the progress of critical parts through the manufacturing process Identifying bottlenecks and coordinating actions to remove delays Working closely with Operations, Planning, Supply Chain and Engineering Hand‑carrying units where required to expedite priority work Communicating timelines, risks and priorities across multiple departments Supporting recovery plans for customer escalations If you excel in fast-paced, hands-on production control roles and enjoy solving problems on the shop floor, this is an opportunity to make a real impact on major aerospace programmes.
