Production Operative (Quality Inspection) – Automotive Manufacturing Location: Burnaston Job Type: Temporary (3–6 months) Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour – 6:00am to 6:00pm £15.89 per hour – 6:00pm to 6:00am Shifts: Rotating weekly Day Shift: 6:15am – 2:15pm Afternoon Shift: 3:15pm – 11:15pm About the Role Recruitable Staffing are recruiting for Production Operatives to work in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment in Burnaston, supporting quality inspection and production activities. This is a hands-on role involving visual inspection, physical checks, basic rework, and production line work. Full training will be provided, but you must have previous manufacturing experience (quality inspection experience is a strong advantage). The role involves regular bending, lifting, and manual handling, with parts weighing up to 15kg.
