Understand all business KPI requirements and develop programmes of work which resolve issues to ensure cells meet and strive to exceed requirements by driving continuous improvement. Develop people – ensure direct reports are both performances managed and coached / encouraged / supported through development.Key Skills You must possess a strong background in lean manufacutring and have sucess in leading CI projects Comfortable leading teams Hold experience leading manufacturing processes Ideally come from a highly regulated industry
